We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers who help us deliver the service you purchased:
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information. This includes TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest for medical records, multi-factor authentication for team access, least-privilege access controls, and independent third-party security audits.
No system is perfectly secure. We will notify affected users promptly if a breach materially affects their data, and we will cooperate with regulators as required.
If you live in California, you have the right to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of your personal information, the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of it (we do not sell), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise these rights, email privacy@aihealth-forward.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Our EU representative can be reached at eu-rep@aihealth-forward.com.
AI Health-Forward is operated from the United States. If you visit from outside the U.S., your data will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. For transfers from the EEA/UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and appropriate safeguards.
Our site and services are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, measure site performance, and — with consent — personalize marketing.
EU, UK, and California visitors are asked for consent before we set non-essential cookies. You can change your choices at any time via the cookie settings link in our footer.

We keep your account information while your account is active, and your uploaded medical records for the duration of your plan plus a retention window of up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete sooner. Order records may be retained longer to meet tax and accounting obligations.

We update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date, and for material changes we will email active customers or post an in-site notice before the change takes effect.
